At 37 years old my dirty blonde hair is streaked with grey. I look at it daily in amazement. To me, the grey represents change. not age, in my life. Change that God has led me to and through. Change with my kids. One who just graduated and moved out (whom, by the way is too busy to talk to mom right now and breaking my heart). Change in financial status. My husband has been laid off for 7 months and I'm recently back to work (not nearly at the same rate of pay as hubby) But God is good. My husband has embraced coupon cutting! Change with God is never scary to me, always exciting. Waiting for him to fulfill his plans. (Jer 29:11, a great verse). Grey hair?? Bring it on!
